Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process and prepare it for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If there are any unexpected delays in processing, we will notify you promptly.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday–Friday).

International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries. However, please be aware that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by destination, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
International shipping times vary depending on your location, but delivery usually takes between 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Titanium Dynamics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy to make the process easy.
Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a credit or exchange. After this period, returns will not be accepted unless there is a defect or error with the product. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@titaniumdynamics with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used at checkout.

PayPal/Other Methods: Refunds will be issued to the same account used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in facilitating the exchange, and any price differences will be processed at the time of exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases:
