Titanium Dynamics makes every attempt to process and ship most orders on the same day. 99% of our orders ship within 24 hours.
The cut-off time for same day shipping is as follows:
- Non Expedited Orders: 2:30P.M. CST
- Expedited Orders: 3:30P.M. CST
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on brand new items in their original packaging up to 30 days after purchase in exchange for merchandise credit. Please contact us at sales@titaniumdynamics.com or +1 800-958-2771 for a return authorization before any items are returned.
All items need to be sent back via UPS or FedEx with a valid tracking number. We do not recommend USPS, as this carrier tends to lose packages often.
If a full return is requested, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please see Terms & Conditions.
